- Turnaround (TAR), Outage and Cat C Projects Planner (Contract)
- Supporting TARs and Cat C projects on two FPSOs in Angola, primarily based
in the U.K. but deployed offshore during execution.
- Responsible for formation of Integrated Master Schedules for TARs,
Outages and Campaigns;
- Plan analysis and reporting using Primavera P6 and Primavera Risk;
- Management and reporting of project planning and governance tasks; •
Representing TAR Team during TAR Central Team readiness reviews; •
Advising EPC third party on portfolio delivery and verification of EPC
programmes and ensuring alignment with BP planning process;
- Mentoring and developing colleagues in region;
- Assigned to develop global STO planning tool with SAP UK by BP TAR
Central Team.

- Employed on contractual basis as part of wider Ratcliffe Power Station
upgrade project (worth circa £1.2 billion):
- Responsible for formation of Integrated Master Schedules;

- Leading the incumbent and third party maintenance planning teams during
Shutdown planning and execution;
- Conducting readiness reviews on incumbent and third party teams.

- Primarily deployed on the UK’s first Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR)
Retrofit full EPC Project at Ratcliffe Power Station worth circa £400m.
- Occupied many roles, worked directly under PM:
- Estimating work and producing task lists;
- Productivity analysis via EVA;
- Creation of ‘Work Packs’;
- Client system handover including QA/QC;
- Procurement (as site buyer);
- Change control;
- Project cost control (calculation, verification, reporting).
