PROJECT, APPRAISAL, ENGINEERING MANAGER & ELECTRICAL MOBILITY ADVISOR
- Founded and scaled bp Pulse’s engineering and business, playing a key leadership role in scaling bp Pulse into a leading global EV charge point operator. Priorities included safety, compliance, reliability, and cost-efficiency in a rapidly evolving market.
- Led the ~$1bn FEL1 & FEL2 phases as Project and Appraisal Manager for a first-of-its-kind, nascent, low-carbon mobility initiative. This included hydrogen, battery-electric, biofuel, and gas refuelling infrastructure for heavy-duty transport covering the UK and Germany. Market conditions forced a pause on the project.
- Led the Ammonia-to-Hydrogen project team through the ~$1bn FEL2 phase gate, overcoming complex engineering, economic, and stakeholder challenges in a rapidly evolving hydrogen market. Provided decisive leadership through project reassessment, guiding the team through a structured and professional wrap-up following a strategic pause.
- Championed capital productivity improvements within global portfolios, designing and implementing a change management process that will unlock ~$1bn in cost savings in major capital projects.

- Served as Site Safety and Operational Risk Entity Director, leading assurance and risk management programs, delivering the entity risk book to senior leadership, and conducting major accident reviews, process safety studies, and crisis/continuity leadership to manage site risks and safety.
- Served as Global Segment Technical Authority, leading a global risk landscape assessment, designing and implementing a comprehensive assurance program, and providing deep technical expertise across the bp group. Awarded SME of the Year for outstanding contribution.
